My whole career so far has been a hybrid of being great practically (I’m a trained mechanic) but also gravitating towards customer service roles wherever possible. I’m a people person at heart so when the chance came to take over our family business at B&M Double Glazing I jumped at the opportunity.

I like to give people, regardless of the size of work that we are doing for them, the best possible service from start to finish.
