FAQ

  • Why Do I Need My Windows Registered?

Due to changes in the law in 2002 every installation of new double glazing needs to have an energy rating certificate in order to comply with building control.
  • What Are The Benefits Of Having My Windows Registered

As a certass registered company all members are fully vetted and assed to ensure that the windows installed by a certass member meet current building regulations. This allows us to also offer 123 and 4 from certass website
  • Why Do I Have Water/Condensation In Between My Glass

The reason for this is because the double glazed unit/glass has broken down making the window less efficient. In these scenarios the complete window does not need replacing – we can replace just the glass to bring your window back to its original efficiency.
